Protx is a secure credit/debit card payment provider
approved by Lloyds TSB and other card processors. Once
you have completed your order you will be linked to
the Protx website where you can enter your credit card
details securely.
How to browse
Just click on any products on the left hand menu to see them.
How
to buy
Next to each product you will see the following:
enter the quantity desired in the white box and click on the buy button
How
to keep track of your ordering
Every time you buy a product, you will
see your running total (excluding postage) and be asked to OK it.
You
can also view your entire order including postage at any time by clicking on the
shopping basket link, top left hand menu.
To
change quantities
Just enter a new quantity in the white box on the
product page and press order to update or in your shopping basket.
To
delete an order or quantity
Enter a zero in the white box on the product
page and press order to update or use the delete button on the shopping basket.
To
check out
When you have finished proceed to the checkout from the shopping
basket.
Complete the order form as required and press the final confirmation
button to move to the protx website to enter your credit card details securely.
After authorisation you will be returned to our website.

Prices include VAT.
About hand made products
Most of our products are handmade and so are subject to natural
variation in size and colour.
Dispatch
Goods are dispatched within 3 days. You will be notified if
there are any delays. We will always contact you regarding
out of stock goods.
Postage
Postage is £2.95
per order with free delivery for orders over £50 (except for Kauna goods
as listed on their page).
Refunds and exchanges
policy
We will exchange or refund goods within 14 days, but postage
will not be covered. We will not be able to provide a refund for any goods that
appear to have been used. Please always arrange proof of posting (available free
of cost at post office counters) when returning goods.
We will provide a
full refund for all faulty goods. This will include postage and reasonable return
postal expenses (covering original actual cost of postage).
Please follow
this procedure when returning items:
1.
email us at returns@ganesha.co.uk with your order number (starts with ganesha e.g ganesha100111100) and details of the goods you are returning.
2. Please return goods to the

Goods may be returned by 1st/2nd class mail or Royal mail
standard parcel service if heavy.
Please ensure you get a proof of posting
(this is free at any PO counter).
Please note if a return item goes missing
in the post we cannot issue a refund unless you can produce a proof of posting

orders over £100 please use special delivery and contact us before sending.
